You may evaluate MARKeasy software for a period of up to 30 days from date of download. After the 30 days you must either register your copy of MARKeasy from the available registration types or stop using it.

During the evaluation period:

1. you must agree to test the PRINT option in order to establish compatibility with your printer.

2. you may access Software Support in the manner outlined in the MARKeasy Help document.

During the evaluation period and while the MARKeasy software remains unregistered it is deemed to be an UNREGISTERED COPY.

While MARKeasy is an UNREGISTERED COPY you may:

1. only make a backup copy of the downloaded internet files and not the installed components.

2. not translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or modify the MARKeasy executables or help files.

3. not tamper with the automatically generated serial number and associated registrations located in the windows registry.

After you have purchased a 12-Month Registration or Personal Activation Key (PAK) and have entered the registration/activation codes in the appropriate locations, the UNREGISTERED COPY will be deemed a REGISTERED COPY.

A REGISTERED COPY remains the property of iMade Systems Pty Ltd but grants you the right to use all available features for personal use only.

With a REGISTERED COPY you may:

1. only make a backup copy of the downloaded internet files and not the installed components.

2. not translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or modify the MARKeasy executables or help files.

3. not tamper with the automatically generated serial number and associated registrations located in the windows registry.

4. not attempt to transfer the registration to another computer.

A 30-Day Registration entitles you to a Reset Code which effectively resets the 30 Day Trial period giving you a further 30 days to use the full features of MARKeasy. The Reset Code is specific to the MARKeasy serial number and can only be used once on the computer that generated the MARKeasy serial number.

By purchasing a 30-Day Registration fee you acknowledge:

1. and accept that the registration fee is NON refundable.

2. that prior to registering, you had evaluated MARKeasy and found that it is compatible with your computer and printer.

3. that the MARKeasy software is provided to you under license from iMade Systems Pty Ltd and that this license does not transfer any right, title or interest in the software.

4. that the supplied reset code can only be used on the computer which generated the serial number and that it is not transferable to any other computer.

5. that you are responsible for each printed card (entry coupon) for accuracy prior to submitting them at lottery outlets.

A 12-Month Registration entitles you to a Registration Code which is used to unlock MARKeasy. The Registration Code is specific to the MARKeasy serial number and can only be used once on the computer that generated the MARKeasy serial number.

By purchasing a 12-Month Registration fee you acknowledge:

1. and accept that the registration fee is NON refundable.

2. that prior to registering, you had evaluated MARKeasy and found that it is compatible with your computer and printer.

3. that the MARKeasy software is provided to you under license from iMade Systems Pty Ltd and that this license does not transfer any right, title or interest in the software.

4. that the supplied registration code can only be used on the computer which generated the serial number and that it is not transferable to any other computer.

5. that in the event that your registered copy becomes un-registered within 12 months of registering, you are entitled to a free replacement registration code.

6. that you are responsible for each printed card (entry coupon) for accuracy prior to submitting them at lottery outlets.

A Personal Activation Key, knows as a PAK, is a personalised software key which is used to activate multiple copies of MARKeasy. The PAK is specific to the version of MARKeasy and the PAK which consists of a User Name and Activation Code is entered once to activate a copy of MARKeasy.

By purchasing a Personal Activation Key (PAK) you acknowledge:

1. and accept that the PAK is NON refundable as it can't be returned. (Once you know the PAK, it can't be erased from your mind).

2. that prior to purchasing the PAK, you had evaluated MARKeasy and found that it is compatible with your computer and printer.

3. that the MARKeasy software is provided to you under license from iMade Systems Pty Ltd and that this license does not transfer any right, title or interest in the software.

4. that the supplied PAK can only be used with the version of MARKeasy that the PAK was purchased for.

5. that even though there is no restriction on the number of copies of MARKeasy that the PAK can be used on, the copy of MARKeasy must only be used by the person the PAK applies to.

6. that you are responsible for each printed card (entry coupon) for accuracy prior to submitting them at lottery outlets.

Both the UNREGISTERED COPY and REGISTERED COPY may only be used for personal use. You may not under any circumstance use MARKeasy to generate combinations and/or print cards (entry coupons) for any other third party.

iMade Systems Pty Ltd does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that operation of the software will be uninterrupted or that the software will be error-free.

iMade Systems Pty Ltd can not warrant the acceptance of the printed coupons by either the lottery agent or the lottery licensee.

This warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

iMade Systems Pty Ltd will not be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising out of the use or inability to use the software even if iMade Systems Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some local laws do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. However, in no case shall iMade Systems Pty Ltd's liability exceed the amount paid for the registration fee.
