I've entered my registration code but why do some of the toolbar buttons remain disabled?
Some of the toolbar buttons will remain disabled until you open or create a new file. This holds true for both registered and un-registered version of MARKeasy. When you open or create a new file, all the toolbar buttons become enabled.
I use a different package to generate my numbers so how can I get them into MARKeasy?
MARKeasy can import numbers from a text file or CSV file. If you can't find a way of saving or exporting the numbers from your existing software package to a text file or CSV file, then please contact us. We have already developed code for some of the "other" software packages out there and if we haven't then we'll find a way for you. Let us know what you are using and we'll see what we can do.
I've just downloaded and installed MARKeasy Software and my 30-Day Trial has already expired?
The reason might be that that an earlier version of MARKeasy was once installed on your computer and so the 30 days is taken from that earlier date. How do I make a dot mark instead of a vertical line or cross?
To make a dot mark, go to the Card Setup dialog box and set the vertical line size to 1 and then change the line thickness to say 35. Try various thickness values for best fit. Note! you must install at least V2.7.3 to be able to set the mark thickness to values greater than 10.
